u = 36 km/hr
v = 0 km/hr
t = 10s

acceleration = (0 - 36) / 10s
ans = - 3.6 km hr × 5/18 = - 1 m/s2 ( the SI unit of acceleration m/s2

u = 36Km/hr

= 36 x 5/18
= 10m/s

v =0
t =10

v = u + at

0 = 10 + a(10)

-10 = 10a

a= -1 m/s²

negative sign indicated the body is having deceleration
