The car (say car A) has a speed of 60km/hr
The car behind (say car B) has a speed of 5km/hr according to rearview mirror.

So the speed of car B = speed of car A + speed of car B relative to car A
                                       = 60km/hr + 5km/hr
                                       = 65km/hr
