● Here we would be using the second equation of motion, that is, s = ut+½at²
✭ Distance Covered :
→ s = ut+½at²
- s = Distance = ?
- u = Initial Velocity = 0 m/s
- t = Time = 5 sec
- a = Acceleration = 2 m/s²
→ s = 0 × 5 + ½ × 2 × 5²
→ s = 0 + 5²
→ s = 0 + 25
→ s = 25 m
∴ The distance covered by the body in 5 seconds is 25 m
