Answer:

a = v-u/t

Explanation:

a= 72-36/5

a = 36/5

a=7.2

SOLUTION:-

Given:

A car is traveling at 36km/h.

Velocity = 72km/h

Time = 5 second.

To find:

Acceleration.

Solution:

Initial velocity= 36km/h

We convert in m/s.

So,

 =  >  \frac{36000}{3600}  \\  \\  =  > 10m/ s

And,

Final velocity= 72km/h

We convert in m/s.

So,

 =  >  \frac{72000}{3600}  \\  \\  =  > 20m /s

Now,

We know that, acceleration is;

=) a=(v-u)/t

Therefore,

 =  > a =  \frac{(v - u)}{t}  \\  \\  =  > a =  \frac{(20 - 10)?}{5}  \\  \\  =  > a =  \frac{10}{5}  \\  \\  =  > a = 2m/ {s}^{2}

Hope it helps ☺️
