When any object moves in a circular path with uniform speed rather constant speed, then the  motion is called a Uniform Circular motion. Since velocity is a vector quantity which depends  on the direction too besides the magnitude, here by this way the direction of the object continuously changing hence the velocity changing as well, so  the velocity of any object  moving in a circle with uniform speed is not uniform.
