r=500m

The centripetal acceleration,

ac= v2/r= 30x30/500= 1.8m/s2

at= 2m/s2

the acceleration is given by

a= √(at)2 + √(ac)2

a=√(2)2 + √(1.8)2

a= 2.7m/s2

Answer is 2.7metre per second square
