the speed of the car in minutes = 70kmph × 1000/60 [1km= 1000m ,and 1hour= 60 mins]
= 70kmph × 50/3
= 3500/3 MPM [MPM = metres per minute]

Distance travelled by the car in 24 mins = 24 mins × 3500/3 MPM
= 8 × 3500
= 28,000 m
= 28 km

the distance travelled by the car in on minute = 70/60 km
= 7/6 km
therefore, the distance covered by the car in 24 mins = 24 × 7/6 km
