Given :

u = 90km/h = 90*1000/3600 =  25m/s

v = 0m/s     {rest}

a = -0.5m/s^2

To Find :

s   (displacement)   =  ?

 Solution :

v² - u² = 2as

2as = v² - u²

s = (v² - u²)/2a

s = (0²- 25²)/2(-0.5)

s = -625/-1 = 625m

s = 625m
