A car is travelling, it means it is travelling with initial velocity.
u = 54 Km/h = 15 ms-¹
v = 0 m/s.. Because not is not changing its velocity.
v = u + at
-u = at
-15 = 6a
a = -15/6
a = -2.5 ms-²
Negative sign shows that body is retarding. Neglecting negative sign.
a = 2.5 ms-².
F = ma
F = 800 × 2.5
F = 2000 N.
