Given : u = 36km/h  = 10 m/s , v = 0m/s , t = 5s

 We know that  ,a = (v-u )/ t   =   (0 - 10)/5

        Hence ,  a  = - 2 m/s2

Using , s =( v2 - u2 )/2 a   = ( -100) / [2 x (-2)]

       distance travelled = 25m
