A car move with a speed of 40 km per hour for 15 minutes and then with a speed of 60 km per hour for next 15 minutes the total distance covered by car

Speed = Distance / Time

Distance = Speed * Time

Time = 15 mins = 1/4 hr

D1 = 40 * 1/4

D1 = 10km

D2 = 60 * 1/4

D2 = 15km

Total distance = D1 + D2

Total distance = 25km
