Step-by-step explanation:

T1 = 0.5h = 30min

T2 = 2/3h = 40min

In first Case,

Distance = 30km

Time = 30min

Speed, V1 = 1km/h

In second case,

Distance = 30km

Time = 40min

Speed, V2 = 0.75km/h

Since distance in both cases is same,

av speed = 2V1V2 / V1+V2

= 2×1×0.75 / 1+0.75

= 1.5 / 1.75

= 0.8571 km/min

= 51.42 km/h

Hope it helps!

Step-by-step explanation:

total distance =60 km

total time =7 ÷ 6hours

average speed = 60 ÷7÷6

= 60×7÷6

= 10×7

=70 kmph
