Total time for three distances

=(2+1+.5)hours

=3.5 hours

Total distance covered by the three speeds=(30+25+40)km= 95 km

therefore average speed= (95 ÷ 3.5) km/hr

=( 950 ÷ 35) km/ hr

= (27 +1/7 ) km/ hr{ ans}
