a car moves with a speed of 40 km per hour for 15 minutes and then with a speed of 60 km per hour for the next 15 minutes the total distance covered by the car please solve also​

Answer:

speed = Distance /time

Distance = speed × time

And,

Total Distance = Distance for first 15 minutes + Distance for next 15 minutes

D1= 40 ×1/4

= 10km

D2=60×1/4

= 15 km

Now,

Total Distance = D1 +D2

》 10+15km

》 25 km

Hence ,the total distance is 25 km...
