A car moves with a speed of 60 Km/hr for 15 minutes and then with a speed of 80 Km/hr for next 15 minutes. Find the total distance covered by the car.

distance = speed × time

first 15 minutes

distance = 60×15

distance = 900

second 15 minutes

distance = 80×15

distance = 1200

total distance = distance¹ + distance²

total distance = 900 + 1200

total distance = 2100 m
