Answer:

\huge\mathfrak{\fcolorbox{purple}{silver}{answer}}

Total speed = 90 +45+60 =195 km

Total time =1/2+2+1

Average speed = Total speed/Total time

average \: speed =   \red{\huge\frac{195}{ \frac{3}{2} }}

av =  \purple {\huge \frac{195 \times 2}{3}}

av = \green {\huge  \frac{390}{3}}

av = \pink{130 \frac{km}{h}}

Average speed is 130km/hr

Question :-

A car moves with a speed of 90km/h for half an hour 45km/h for 2hrs and 60km/h for 1 hrs. Calculate the average speed .

Answer :-

In the given problem , the total distance traveled by car

= 90+45+60 = 195 km

Total time taken to complete the journey

= (30 + 120 + 60) minutes

= 210 minutes 210/60 h

We know that ,

average \: speed \:  =  \:  \frac{total \: distance \: travelled}{total \: time \: taken}

Using V av = Total Distance Travelled / Total Time Taken

  =  >  \:  \: \frac{195 \:  \: km}{ \frac{210}{60 \:  \: h} }

 =  >  \:  \: 27.14 \:  \: km \: h

Hence , average speed Covered by car = 27.14 km h
