the centripetal force is given by formula .

F =  \frac{ {mv}^{2} }{r}

 \frac{ {500 \times 20}^{2} }{5}

 \frac{500 \times 400}{5}  = \: 100 \:  \times  \: 400 \:  =  \: 40000
