Hey mate here is your answer.

Answer:

Initial velocity, u = 36 km/h

= (36*1000)/(60*60)

= 10m/s

Final velocity, v = 54 km/h

= (54*1000)/(60*60)

= 15m/s

Distance, s = 24 m

By using the IIIrd equation of motion;

2as=v^2-u^2

2*a*24=(15)^2-(10)^2

48*a=225-100

a=(225-100)/48

a=2.60m/s^2

By using Ist equation of motion:

v= u+at

15=10+2.60*t

t =(15-10)/2.60

t=1.92307692s
