By using the IIIrd equation of motion;

2*a*24=(15)^2-(10)^2
48*a=225-100
a=(225-100)/48
a=2.60m/s^2
By using Ist equation of motion:
v= u+at
15=10+2.60*t
t =(15-10)/2.60
