A car moving at a uniform motion will move faster or car moving at a non uniform motion

The answer may vary. As if there is Non-Uniform motion with Decreasing speed then it is less than the uniform motion but if the Non Uniform Motion have increasing speed then it will move faster than the Uniform Speed.

On the other hand an object can travel with non- uniform acceleration rate eg- if a car traveling along a straight road increases its speed by unequal amount in equal intervals of time then the car is said to be moving with uniform acceleration
