Solution :-

Part I

  • Distance traveled( d) = 200 m
  • time taken ( t) = 4 s

we know that ,

⟹ s = d / t

⟹ s = 200 /4

⟹ s = 50 m /s

Part II

  • Speed (s) = 50 m/s
  • Distance traveled ( d ')= 300 m

we know that ,

⟹ s = d ' /t

On rearranging ,

⟹ t ' = d ' / s

⟹ t ' = 300 / 50

⟹ t ' = 6 s

Part III

  • Speed (s)= 50 m/s
  • Time taken (t ")= 5 s

we know that ,

⟹ s = d " /t "

On rearranging ,

⟹ d " = s x t "

⟹ d " = 50 x 5

⟹ d " = 250 m

Answer

  • The speed of the car is 50 m /s
  • The time it will take to cover 300km is 6s
  • The distance it will cover in 5sm is 250m
