No idea. If it did not stop once then it travelled 15 km.

However, it is hard to imagine an entire 15 km drive where the car was only driving 60 km/h, and yet did not have to slow down once.

I have been on multi-hour stretches of road where the speed limit is 60 km/h like Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, but there are roundabouts on it and also frequent traffic.
