A car moving with a constant acceleration, covers the distance between two points 60 m apart in 6 s. If the speed as it passes the second point is 15 \mathrm{ms}^{-1}15ms −1 , find the distance(in mm) of the starting point from the first point

Answer:

Explanation:

we can use the formula

s=Vavg*time

60=Vavg*6

10=Vavg

20=v1+v2

v1=5 m/sec

a=v2-v1/t = 10/6

25/(20/6) = s

7.5m =s

7500 mm = s
