Initial velocity u = 90 km/hr * 5/18
= 25 m/s
Final velocity v = 0 m/s
Time T = 20 s
Acceleration = (v-u)/T
= (0-25)/20
= -25/20
= -5/4
= -1.25 ms-2
Distance = ut + 1/2 at2
= 25*20 + 1/2* (-1.25)*20*20
= 500 + (-1.25)*200
= 500 + (-250)
= 500 - 250
= 250 m
