Gɪᴠᴇɴ :-

  • Initial velocity (u) = 10 m/s
  • Final velocity (v) = 15 m/s
  • Acceleration (a) = 2 m/s²

ᴛᴏ ғɪɴᴅ :-

  • Time taken (t)

sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

On using 1st equation of motion, we get,

v = u + at

15 = 10 + 2 × t

15 - 10 = 2t

2t = 5

t = 5/2

t = 2.5 s

Hence,

  • Time taken is 2.5 seconds

Therefore,

  • Option (c) 2.5 s is correct option

Option.D

Explanation:-

Given,

➡️Initial velocity = 10m/s (u)

➡️Final velocity = 15m/s (v)

➡️Acceleration = 2m/s^2 (a)

We know that,

Kinetic equation = (V=u+at)

V=u+at

15=10+2×t

2t = 15-10

2t = 5

t =  \frac{5}{2}

\huge{2.5 s}

Hence , The answer is Option.D
