Answer:

F= m×a

m=100

a=v/t= d/t^2=200/100=2

f=100×2=

200N

Correct Question:-

A car of mass 100 kg starting from rest . Calculate the force aquires to cover 200m in 10sec

Given data:-

—› Mass of car = 100 kg

—› Car need to cover 200 m in 10 sec

Solution:-

Here,

mass = m; acceleration = a; initial velocity = u; final velocity = v; force = F; time = t

Car need to displace 200 m in time 10 sec.

According to given,

—› inital velocity of car ( u ) = 0

To find final velocity of car

—› final velocity = displacement/time

—› final velocity = 200/10

—› final velocity = 20 m/sec

Hence,

final velocity of car ( v ) = 20 m/s

Car move 20 m per sec,hence time ( t ) = 1 sec.

Now,we need to find acceleration of car to find requiring force for car.

—› a = { v - u }/t

—› a = { 20 - 0 }/1

—› a = 20 m/s²

Now,

—› Force = mass × acceleration

—› F = m × a

—› F = 100 × 20

—› F = 2000 N

Hence,car need 2000 N force to cover 200 m in 10 sec.
