Given : A car of mass 1000 kg is moving with a velocity of 4 m/s

To Find : Power of the car after 16 sec

Solution:

Energy = Power x Time

=> Power = Energy / Time

Energy = (1/2)mv²

m = 1000 kg

v = 4 m/s

Energy =   (1/2)1000 * 4²  = 8000  J

Time = 16 s

Power = 8000/16  J/s

= 500 W

power of the car = = 500 W

calculate the power of the car after 16 seconds in si unit

Energy = power×time

power = energy/time

energy= (1/2)mv

m= 1000 kg

v= 4m/s

energy = (1/2)1000×4²

= 8000 j

time = 16 s

so ,

power = ENERGY/TIME

= 8000/16 watt

= 500 Watt
