Given: mass=1200 kg

Speed=16m/s

Coeffi fric(u)=38

Normal reaction=mg downwards=50

To find out:friction

Formula:u×normal reaction

Sol:now the velocity and mass is just given to confuse us and is termed as superfluous data which is of no use as u can see from the formula

Therfore friction=u x mg

=50 x 38

=1900 N

As there is no need of any other information when the normal force is given as friction depends on normal reaction and not the velocity of an object. If y answer didnt match ur options then ull have check it out with ur phy sir
