Mass is equal to 1200kg

Velocity (u)=20

Final velocity is 0 (as the body comes to rest

Distance is equal to 50m

As we know deceleration is negative acceleration

So using third law of motion we get,

v^2-u^2=2*-a*s

0-20^2= 2*-a*50

-400=-100a

100a=400

a= 400/100

a =4 meter per second square
