v= 40 m/s
u = 0 m/s
Work = Change in kinetic energy ( Work - Energy Theorem )
= 1/2 mv^2 - 1/2 mu^2
= 1/2 m ( v^2 - u^2 )
= 1/2 * 12 [ (40)^2 - 0^2 ]
= 6 ( 1600 - 0 )
= 9600 J
Therefore total work done is 9600 J .
