GIVEN VALUES:- M = 2000Kg ; R = 250m;
V = 9 km/ hr
NOTE :- ( v is in km/hr, we have to convert it in m/s.)

hence, V = 9* 5 / 18
= 2.5 m/s

FORMULAE:- F = MV^/ R

SOLUTION:- F = MV^/ R

= 2000*2.5*2.5/ 250

= 2000*6.25/250

then,

$F = 50N$
