Gravitational field strength (g) = 10 N/kg

Solution :-

Work done:

  • mgh

=> 500 × 10 × 10

=> 50000 J

or 5 × 10⁴ J

∴ The work done in moving the car up the hill is 5 × 10⁴ J.
