a car of mass 500 kg is moving with a speed of 36km/hr it is uniformaly negatively accelerated after a diatance of 150 m find force and work done and breks are applied in it

m = 500kg
u = 36 km/h = 10 m/s
v  = 0
a = ?
s = 150m

We know,

v2 - u2 = 2aS
​0 - 100 = 300a
​a = - 0.33 m/s2 (approx)

Force applied by brakes = m x a = 500 x 0.33 = 165 N

Work done = F x s = 165 x 150 = 24750 J
