a = -u² / (2S) ………[∵ v = 0 m/s]
= -(15 m/s)² / (2 × 15 m)
= -7.5 m/s²
F = ma
= 800 kg × (-7.5 m/s²)
= -6000 N
= -6 kN

∴ Magnitude of retardation Force is 6 kN
