Thus, there is no acceleration is it.
Thus, the only force working on the car is the Normal Force, N =>
N = F = mg
F = 800 × 9.8
F = 7840 Newton.

Well, there is no force (except for the weight and normal) in the direction of displacement, and so the net force is zero.
