u , initial velocity = 72 km/h = 20 m/s

${v}^{2} = {u}^{2} - 2as$

s = 300m

m = 900kg

According to the equation given above ,

0 = (20)^2 - 2×a×300

0 = 400 - 600a

600a = 400

a = 400/600 m/s^2

a = 2/3 m/s^2

We know that,

F = m ×a

= 900 × 2/3

= 600 N
