HEAT TRANSFER TAKES PLACE FROM HOT BODY TO COLD BODY UNTIL EQUILIBRIUM IS ACHIVED.
As the car is parked under hot sun…
The outer surrounding for the car is hotter than the room of car…. The hot radiations or the heat from the surrounding get into the car and this heat transfer will continue till the car's temperature is equal to the surrounding temperarure (i.e till equilibrium)…. There is no chance of heat escaping out from the car…. Hence the heat transfer takes from out to in raising the car's temperature…
This in term can be related as Green House Effect.
