radius = 10 meter

time taken = 6.28 seconds

to find : average speed & average velocity

so,

average speed = total distance/total time taken

average speed = 2pir/6.28

avg speed = 2*3.14*10/6.28

avg speed = 10 m/s

now,

avg velocity = total displacement/total time taken

avg velocity = 0

total displacement will be zero
as displacement is defined as the shortest path covered.
