hey dear
here is your answer
initial velocity = 0
final velocity = 54km/h = 15m/s
time = 2min. = 120 seconds
acceleration =?
distance = ?
so, by the first equation of motion
v = u+at
15 = 0+120a
a = 15/120 = 1/8 = 0.125m/s^2
so, acceleration = 0.125m/s^2
now, by third equation of motion
v^2 = u^2+2as
(15)^2 = 0+2×0.125×s
225 = 0.250s
s = 225/0.250
s = 900meter.
hope it helps :)
