a car started at 8am from point a during its journey it meet with a bus at 11 am and carreached to point b at 12:30 after talking rest for one hour car return back and meet againwith the same bus at 2 pm. so at what time bus reached at point b.

Time taken by car to reach point B after meeting bus = 1.5hrs.

Let Distance covered = x .It takes the car 0.5 hrs from point B to meet the bus on return journey.

Distance covered by car in 0.5hrs=$\frac{x}{1.5}x0.5=\frac{x}{3}$

Total time taken by car after meeting bus and meeting again on return journey= 1.5+1+0.5=3 hrs.

Distance covered by bus in 3 hrs=$x-\frac{x}{3}=\frac{2x}{3}$

Distance to be covered by bus =$\frac{x}{3}$

Bus will take 1.5hrs to reach B.
