Given :

initial velocity of the car, u = 0

final velocity of the car, v = 25m/s

time taken, t = 10s

To find :

acceleration of the car

Solution :-

As we are provided with initial Velocity, final velocity and time we can use 1st equation of motion .i.e.,

v = u + at

here, v denotes final velocity, u denotes initial Velocity, a denotes accerlation and t denotes time

so, using 1st equation of motion

➠ v = u + at

➠ 25 = 0 + (a)(10)

➠ 25 = 10a

➠ a = 25/10

➠ a = 2.5 m/s²

thus, the accerlation of the car is 2.5m/s².

Solution

Given,

  • initial velocity (u) = 0
  • final velocity (v) = 25 m/s
  • Time taken (T) = 10 s

To find ,

  • we have to find here the acceleration of the car .

We know that ,

  • when it is given the initial velocity , the final velocity and the time then to find the acceleration we have to use the first equation of motion :- v = u + at

  • v = final velocity , u = initial velocity ,t= time taken , a= acceleration due to gravity

putting the value in the first motion of equation we get ;

=> 25 = 0 + (a) 10

=> 25 = 10a

=> a = 25/10

=> a = 2.5 m/s^2

The acceleration of the car is 2.5m/s^2
