Answer:

distance travelled (s) = 108 m

initial velocity (u) = 0 m/s

time (t) = 6 seconds

acceleration (a) = ?

according to the second equation of motion,

s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}

108 = 0 \times 6 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times  {6}^{2}  \times a

108 = 0 +  \frac{1}{2}  \times 36a

108 = 18a

a =  \frac{108}{18}  = 6

so, acceleration of the car = 6 m/s².
