A car starts from rest and acquires a velocity of 10 m/s in 3 s. What is its acceleration?

Initial velocity (u)=0 m/s

Final velocity (v)= 10m/s

Time taken to acquire velocity (T)=2 seconds

Acceleration(A)=change in velocity/time taken

V-u/T. =10–0/2 =5m/s^2

accelaration= velocity/time

=10/3=3.33ms^2
