initial velocity = 0
Final velocity =54km /hr or 15m/s
Time =2sec
Acceleration =v-u/t
15/2=7.5
Distance travelled = ut+1/2at×t
S=1/2×7.5× 2×2
S=15

The car starts from rest i.e. initial velocity, u=0
it attains a velocity of 54 km/hr i.e. final velocity, v=54 km/hr=54*5/18= 15 m/s
time = 2 sec
(FYI -The answer should always be in SI unit.)
We know that,
acceleration= initial velocity - final velocity/time
a=v-u/t
a=15-0/2
a=15/2=7.5 m/s2
We know that,
s=ut+1/2at2
s=0+1/2*7.5*2*2
s+15 m
