u = 0 m/s

v = 20 m/s

t = 5s

a = v-u/t

  = 20m/s - 0m/s / 5s

  = 4 m/s²

2as = v² - u²

2[4m/s²] = 400 m²/s² - 0 m²/s²

[8 m/s²]s = 400 m²/s²

s = 400 m²/s² / 8 m/s²

s = 50 m

∴ the distance travelled during this time is 50 m
