Explanation:

Let,

the distance d

which is from

d = v(avg) * t

here v(avg) is average velocity of time

v(avg) = v(initial) + ∆v/2

here

v(initial)=0 and ∆v = 20m/s

v(avg) =  \frac{20m\s}{2}  \\  = 10m\s \\  \\ d =  10m\s \times 5 = 50m\s

50 m

Explanation:

Given : u = 0 m/s

: v = 20 m/s

: T = 5 s

To find : S = ?

We know that

a = v - u/ t

a = 20 - 0 / 5

a = 4 m/s²

Now

By 2 equation of motion

S = ut + 1/2 at²

S = 0 × 5 + 1/2 × 4 × 5²

S = 0 + 1/2 × 4 × 25

S = 1 × 2 × 25

S = 50 m

Hope It helps you
