Answer:

u=0 m/s

a=a

Explanation: 1. u=0 m/s , a=a , t=n seconds

we know that, s=ut+1/2at²

∴ sₙ=un+1/2an²

sₙ=0×n+1/2an²

sₙ=1/2an²

now distance covered in nth second=

we know that

sₙth=u+a/2(2n-1)

sₙth=0+a/2(2n-1)

sₙth=a/2(2n-1)

now ratio of distance covered in nth second to that covered in n seconds

=                sₙth/sₙ

=           a/2(2n-1)÷1/2an²

=           2n-1/n²

∴2n-1/n² is the desired ratio..
