s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}

since initial velocity is zero

therefore it=0

s =  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}

2s \div a =  {t}^{2}

98/2 =49

 {t}^{2}  =49

t = 7sec
