A car starts from rest with 10 metre per second square upto 10 second now moving with constant velocity find the distance covered by the body in 20 seconds​

Explanation:

As car starts from rest so its initial velocity will be zero.

by using the equation S = ut + 1/2 at^2

we get the value of distance travelled in first 10 seconds = 500 m

now, by using the equation v = u + at

we get the value of final velocity of car after 10 seconds = 100 m/s

now distance travelled in next 10 seconds = 100 x 10 = 1000 m

so total displacement in 20 seconds = 500 + 1000 = 1500 m
