✰Question ✰

⋄ A car starts from rest with a constant acceleration of 6 m/s.

Find :-

(a) The velocity after 10 s.

b) The displacement in 10 s.

_______________________________

❍ Given :-

⋄ Initial velocity of car (u) =0m/s

⋄ Acceleration of car (a) =6m/s

⋄ Time taken (t) =10s

_______________________________

❍ To Find :-

⋄ Final velocity (v) of car after 10s.

⋄ Displacement of car (s) in 10 s.

_______________________________

❍ Solution :-

Final Velocity after 10s.

By using 1st equation of motion

v=u+at

v= 0+6×10

v = 60m/s.

∴ The final velocity of car after 10s is 60m/s

And Now,

Displacement of car in 10s

By using 2nd equation of motion

s=ut + 1/2at²

s = 0×10+1/2×6×10×10

s=300m

∴The displacement of car after 10s is 300m.
