Answer :-

Given :-

  • Initial velocity = 0 m/s
  • Final velocity = 36 m/s
  • Time taken = 6 sec

To find :-

  • Acceleration - a

Solution :-

The car is at rest, hence the Initial velocity of a car = 0

Calculating Acceleration :-

  • u = 0 m/s
  • v = 36 m/s
  • t = 6 sec

Substituting the value in 1st equation of motion :-

⟹ v = u + at

⟹ 36 = 0 + 6a

⟹ 6a = 36

⟹ a = 36/6

⟹ a = 6 m/s²

Acceleration = 6 m/s²

Given :-

  • Initial Velocity (u) = 0 m/s
  • Time (t) = 6 s
  • Final Velocity (v) = 36 m/s

To Find :-

  • Acceleration (a)

Here in this question we have Initial Velocity, Time, Final Velocity is given.

So, we will calculate acceleration

Formula Used :-

  • v = u + at

Subsituting Values

→ 36 = 0 + a × 6

→ 36 = 0 + 6a

→ 36 = 6a

→ 6a = 36

→ a = 36/6

→ a = 6

So, we got the acceleration of the car which is 6 m/s²
